To increase the reach and recognition of filmmakers in the process of developing their craft, Dolby Vision has collaborated with Ghetto Film School and Dolby Vision to create the new short films. Part of the Complete the Script Challenge, four teams had the task of using the opening sequence from Oscar-nominated and 15-time selected filmmaker Carlos Lopez Estrada as a basis for their own films.

The film was shot by the teams using grants of $25,000, they completed their production with the ability to color grade in Dolby Vision(r) and mixing of audio using Dolby Atmos(r). Dolby plans to launch new versions of its"Finish the Script" challenge in the near future Keep an eye out for further details.

"Take Care of Zora"

"Take Care of Zora" is a reflection on the difficulties and the joys that come with raising a child who has Down syndrome. It also weaves the tale of a caregiver sibling's development into a mature narrative.

"Hunted"

"Hunted" tells the tale of two gay people of color being thrown into the ghoulish world. The film explores the horror genre, exploring the difficult emotions of jealousy and fear.

"Shipped Out"

"Shipped Out" is an animated movie that is set in the future of a post-modern world. It explores the power of migration, abuses of power and the importance of family.
