Louise Cherry Barber: Danica You are Our Springie Award Winner for the third quarter of 2023! What is your significance getting this Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt is really satisfying and extremely content to know that I incorporate a large portion of my personalitywithin my day-to-day actions. It was nice knowing that people noticed, and it was recognized and appreciated by people with optimism and positivity. Additionally, I was aware that it was not just because of achieving a set quantity, as was how I was regarded as well as the various workplaces I've worked at, but rather because of the person that I am in addition to all the achievements which I've achieved beyond the limits of one specific number. It was very nice to be recognized for who I am as a person. It was really touching.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is awe-inspiring and certainly merits recognition. One thing that I'm curious about is if you could discuss certain points such as the time you were interviewed or, in particular, the time you worked on your project in the benchmarking software was acknowledged by a few people. Are you able to provide more information on this?

Danica LarsenYes it's true that I've put in a lot of work. I'm happy to be recognized. I think I was slightly surprised see the benchmarking initiative as one of the initiatives which was recognized for the fact that it's still early in the process of the project, requiring a great deal of work still to be accomplished. It's great the enthusiasm from everyone who is interested in the project. The initiative will provide several benefits. I really hope it can bring so much worth not just to our company but equally to our buyers, customers as well as our sellers. And we'll help by providing a better understanding of how we can grow with time in the same way we've observed that it benefits us in means of getting it recognized. That's why seeing it mentioned in the initial stages of being the beta-stages that are similar to it was great, because that means there are others who see value as well.

Louise Cherry Barber: Recently, we updated our values for the company to Be different, Be conscious and act in a timely manner. I'm curious about your thoughts on these brand new values.

Danica Larsen Danica Larsen: The key to them is following the right path and knowing what is right. It means they're taking a look at the situation, delving deeply into the subject and then making a decision fast and efficiently before taking a decision. As a matter of fact, I am adamant about this each and everyday... as well by examining other employees and members of the Support Team and, by that, I mean that they are sharing the same values with our clients as well as working with them every day. They're always with the most in-depth knowledge, and on the front lines looking for understanding and executing fast, which is an essential part of being capable of doing these things. As an institution, we can't keep working alongside us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What advice can you offer others who may be facing the same dilemma ? Are you sure that anybody is going to adhere to these ideals? Do you have any suggestions regarding how you can be sure they are obvious?

Danica Larsen You can be sure to know that I speak only from my viewpoint. The most important thing is to remain aware of the situation to the maximum possible extent. When working with different accounts, businesses and sellers, every one whom you interact with should know the rules as well as the true motivation behind it, which determines what we do and how we act. It is called "seeking knowledge" that we can accomplish with no awareness. My tip number one simply to listen to the views of people around you.
