It's probably the most simple way to Win at Online Business (No Matter Your Market)

The classic blame game.

Just a few days ago, my wife was driving to work, and she struck an animal. To give you a context, we are "deep" within the Ozarks located in Missouri. So, deer abound. Anyway, she was fine -- a little shaking, but still finehowever, our vehicle did not.

The usual... filed claim, brought it to a body shop and figured no big deal.

Boy, was I wrong!

The repair shop was able to fix it (or as they claimed) but on the drive back home, our dash lit up like a Christmas tree. The lights I had no idea were even there, blazing. The truck was also slow to start and overall it was just not working.

Then began the story.

Several weeks of hassling about insurance issues, various bodies shops, towing the truck to this location, then driving to the mechanicabout 10-15 different individuals who are all telling us different tales and then pointing fingers at each other.

A truck that's unfixed.

Ever experienced something like that?

Remember how it made you feel?

If you've had, you know... this is the trump card. You could be the most successful restaurant owner, mechanic or business owner on the internet in the world, but it's not going to matter if you offer poor assistance. Actually, clients are often faced with services which may not be exactly as great as the ones they've seen because the support is so excellent.

Additionally, I had a mentor who had built several successful tech companies and his entire startup strategy was based upon providing excellent customer support.

This could be one of the easiest ways to "win" when it comes to online businesses that does not require an abundance of marketing skills or even an ultra-modern camera that is capable of making videos or video, etc.

Customer service that is simple.

That might sound a bit too easy however I've witnessed this technique work repeatedly again.

Particularly important when discussing membership websites where members are paying for your services month after month. The customer service you provide must be top-notch.

Anyway, a little tidbit that could help you your build your online business.
