The filmmaker Mayumi Yoshida is forging her own way in her distinctive story

What subjects you'll return to in your job?

Mayumi The subjects I usually investigate in my films seek a sense of identity. The same is true for families. main focus. Mayumi The process was a blast. What's next?

Mayumi my next project I must complete is the initial film, which is inspired by my short film AKASHI. The process has been lengthy and I'm happy to shoot this. I'm really excited to show it at these incredibly cool gatherings - and to show it off to others and in the future in the near future.
