I'm from Venezuela. I was born in a city that was very tropical surrounded by hills and palm trees. However, I unfortunately, I was not allowed to fully explore the world around me (partly due to my parents' excessive protection however, mostly due to the everyday insecurities in my country). Almost always indoors, TV and books became my main methods of entertainment - along with drawing! I spent so much time drawing my most favorite characters from anime and my pets, as well as friends. I couldn't wear, costumes, or all sorts of things.

It was mainly a hobby at the time, and I was aware that it would not go beyond that in Venezuela. My family then decided to move to UK and that changed everything for me. When I was a teenager I finally had more independence, was free to travel by myself and to think about what I really desired to do.

My fascination with the design of characters and stories has led me to comics which in turn brought me to drawing. All the pieces became one. After some years of study (and a lot of hard work) I'm currently freelance as an illustrator from London.

My style is fun, bold and sometimes a little wild (in an excellent way!). Sometimes , it's simple and sometimes it's extremely detailed, but every illustration has a person or animal or even a beautiful piece of scenery. I like to think that all my illustrations are all part of the same world.

My main goal is having fun while doing it. I am reminded of things that enthralled me as a child in my youth: vibrant colours and characters that are sneaky, hilarious scenarios, little details that you can lose yourself within. My goal is to encapsulate all of these aspects whenever I create something new. If I'm able to get the viewer to feel happy or satisfied, or even feel that they have discovered something new and interesting, then I've succeeded in what I wanted to achieve.

"Another essential element that I am looking for is the sense of humor. Over time, I've realized that I'm not the most qualified person to produce complex or abstract artworks, but I can be fairly adept in making something fun and lighthearted to make someone laugh. I work to my strengths now."
