Louise Cherry Barber: Danica I'm pleased to inform you that you've been selected as the Springie Award Winner for our period in 2023! What's the significance behind getting this Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt feels great to be at comfortable and realize that I've brought an important part of me that is my distinctive personal style into my work routine. It was also satisfying to see that people in my life were aware of my ability to be appreciated and loved by those who were kind and welcoming in addition to being conscious that this wasn't only because of the amount that I was able to be praised for different positions that I've held. But, it was a result of my own strengths and achievements that have enabled me to go beyond the amount. It was rewarding to be recognized for the individual I am. It truly moved me.

Louise Cherry Barber: The work is amazing and definitely should be talked about. Another aspect I'm looking forward to is discussing specific elements that actually are an aspect you've already been informed about. At the time that you learned of it, your involvement in the benchmarking program received praise from a handful of individuals. Do you have the ability to inform us more about it?

Danica LarsenYes you're right. I've dedicated a great deal of my energy into this, and I'm thrilled to have been recognized. It's not a surprise to find out that benchmarking was among the topics discussed as it's just the beginning of its journey, and there's still lots of work to finish. It's great to hear people feel incredibly happy about this project. This is a great thing since this project will provide a lot of benefits. I'm hoping that it can bring great deal of benefits, not only for the business however, for our customers who are vendors. And we'll help clients with information in order to improve their business and, in turn we've witnessed it working for a long time as a feasible idea. The announcement in the initial week following its launch was an event because it shows that the public is aware of the advantages.

Louise Cherry Barber: We recently updated our company values in order to stand out, try to know and be promptly. I'm curious about your thoughts on the new company values.

Danica Larsen It's just that I'm speaking from personal experience. It's essential to remain vigilant about your surroundings whenever you're capable of.
