"The most part of my career was various positive experiences," starts Amanda Northcutt who is the CEO and co-founder of Level Up Creators. "My path has been unpredictable and has not been straight-lined. That's the way for the majority of people. What we get is what we're expected to be doing when we're strategic and deliberate."

They always jokingly say they didn't know she was talking to her brother until he was in the university. "My brother is an exceptionally skilled lawyer, however that was not the case. He took up the entire space of our home. He attended college when I was 14, at the age of 14 and was about for me to enter the high school. I started to feel as if I was my own after the space was readily available within the house of my parents."

Amanda's first gig was an online store selling shoes. "Everyone believed that I wouldn't succeed due to my shyness. I burst out of my shell, and started selling shoes with aplomb and record-breaking numbers across the nation. I was awestruck! I became enthralled with business at the age of 16. I was certain that on at the time of my 16th birthday, was my path that I would like to follow."

Following that, Amanda attended university and began working with a colleague who was developing a site and wanted to find people to sell ads for the website. "I transformed that job selling into a more substantial selling job at a young company called TexAgs.com and then worked for over a decade. It was here that I learned to run the business." As part of her studies, she worked out the concept of membership, recurring revenue improving value, increasing LTV and selling sponsorships.

"It's no longer a tiny, cool website anymore. It's the most popular college fan website around the globe. I was the second employee for the team, and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it." She smiles. "I was taught to direct and manage employees. That was when I was captivated by the concept of regular and membership revenue. In 2005, I was a member. In the next couple of years, I'll have been in this space for a total of twenty years. It's amazing how fast the time passes by!"

This event drew thousands of fans paying the sum of $13 a month to get more details about Texas A&M University sports teams. "We have broken down the mystery of switching between banner ads and sponsorships (brand agreements in today's world). These companies wanted to get in touch with people that we wanted to touch and we provided them with an access point that was unique and could be monitored and move the needle for these organizations," she says.

Amanda chose to use the model and launched Northcutt Media, using the sponsorship model they created at Texas Ags. They later extended the model to include other websites and used it for web-based sites throughout all across the United States. "That is the first time I've ever worked in a venture at the age of 22. It was a lot of travel and things like that."

After a few years the health of Amanda was beginning to decline. "I required the time off but as well I needed to modify my structure of life." - Amanda had to alter the priority order in order to take care of her husband's health and her new son.

Amanda has begun to share her personal journey towards health with the world and has plans to continue sharing her story. It has been discovered that females with high stress jobs are more prone to be suffering from autoimmune disorders as well as other related ailments. Amanda left Silicon Valley at the end in 2022, and set out to establish Level Up Creators: "I decided to apply what I've learned in the B2B business, especially within the SaaS sector, to try to pass on my knowledge to artists, particularly women.

"I'm passionate about aiding women in building wealth generation cycles, using their expertise through the provision of huge quantities of value to their members in their communities, and then being paid cash."

"We offer a higher level of respect for the creators than do the huge world-wide brands since we're talking to a genuine individual and not merely an image. Amanda states that millennials along with Gen Xers aren't dependent on big brands from the past for information "These big cable networks are dinosaurs! You can choose to get on the train, or else they'll be gone."

"I am deciding to take every shot: that's the future of business. I've started a company to bring this vision to life helping others to become successful. I'd prefer that money be donated to creators instead of large corporations. The idea is, "All right, let another one take over and take over! It's time to be an author of content!" She smiles.
