  • Recurring revenue per month is the single most important metric for the business of membership. It answers the question: How much money can I expect to make? Our metrics now provide the rationale that they are there (including LTV and ARPM).
  • Net income tells you how much money you made in the last month (minus refunds) as well as where the money originated from.
  • Paying members allows you to explore the amount of monthly members on your accountas well as the modifications to that amount.
  • Churn shows how much money you've lost -- whether voluntary or involuntary and also the total amount used to churn.
  • Trials shows you the number of members who have decided to renew their subscription after their trial ends.
