Release Notes October 2023: Updates to Tax Exemptions as well as New APIs to Offers

We've released a brand new Offers API that allows users to surface upsell, cross-sell additional offers, add-ons and other opportunities to buyers in each customer interaction.
Tax Exemption Updates Digital Invoicing
Users are now able to attach a tax-exempt ID to the quotes they create within the App and from through the Quotes API. This update is available to all supported countries where the government collects taxes.
Updated Zip Code Requirements applicable to North America
In the USA as well as Canada Users will have to enter postal codes and zip codes in addition to. This enables us to verify more precisely tax exemption numbers prior to the date the quote is created. This change applies to both quotations generated by the user as well as quotes generated by end-customers of users.
Expanded support for tax exemption in Orders coming from Japan
Customers who sell within Japan can now input a JCT tax ID to B2B transactions, and benefit from the lowest rate of 0% and report the tax directly under reverse accounting.
