Not Making Enough Money as Coach? Here's how to get it fixed.

Jul 1, 2024

It's very frustrating for me to see that coaches don't receive the proper compensation for the work they do.

Coaches are doing phenomenal work in helping clients to remain healthy and stay fit, create incredible relationships, establish amazing businesses, and create wealth, and many others.

Coaches help people get rid of their pain and reach their goals.

You could also be considered the greatest coach, and still not get the amount you deserve, when you're not getting some of the actions that are right.

It's difficult when you're putting in the best effort, and you see others much less gifted, more unmotivated than you are and earning much more money.

We can fix it!

Just what I'm trying to do in this blog entry.

The root of the issue lies in a handful of factors:

There isn't enough charge

Too much or doing only Coaching in one-on-one

You're doing far too much on behalf of your clients

Courses are only sold to the public for purchase

If you are charging too much it's unlikely you'll get the revenue you'd like.

Most coaches don't want to hike their fees since they equate their rates on their own worth and not to the value they bring for their clients.

The cost you bill is proportional to what you charge and not the time you spend or your work.

The issue with one-on-one coaching is the fact that it doesn't adapt to the needs of the individual.

Each time you get a new client you're required to invest much more time and as you've probably guessed your time is limited. There are only 24 hours in the day.

It's why it's crucial to join a group coaching program if you're still not.

Group coaching program scale. The work load you're doing doesn't increase in any way, or it only grows modestly each when you receive the first client.

Similar to if you're doing too much work for your clients. The way to do this is to organize your process so where your customers are accountable to a larger portion of the task themselves and you supply the Frameworks and Templates which make it easy for them to do it.

The lack of consistency in the flow of leads is due to having appropriate processes in place to give you the opportunity to meet possible dream Clients daily as well as potential clients that come in during the week.

If your sole focus is selling courses only this could be a challenge to earn enough revenue consistently.

These courses are of less real or perceived value than coaching classes, which are where you can help others through your coaching, in addition to the "home studying" aspects of the classes.

If you do not already have a program for coaching and group coaching, then this is the next obvious option for you to add.

These are the elements that are important.

This approach allows you to earn enough cash much more simple.
