I am the director of a membership program called " Over 40 Alpha." It is an exercise and health membership for men over 40 to 50, 60 and beyond. There are several rituals shared for this membership program, which keep the members dedicated to their goals and to the members of the community.
- sweaty selfies The members post photos after every workout, sharing their commitment and encouraging others to follow suit.
- Alpha Meal posts Photos posted by members of their meals and break them into macro elements in order to increase accountability and inform people in the community.
- Birthday burpees On birthdays, participants film themselves doing burpees corresponding to their birthday. This is fun and challenging and creates a shared celebration across the neighborhood.
How do you create these shared rituals for your participants?
- Determine the most important activities or behavior which align with your tribe's members' goals.
- Use easy-to-follow prompts and hashtags to promote participants.
- Include these practices in your onboarding materials for establishing expectations from the start.
By incorporating these shared rituals and rituals, you'll create an exciting and engaging atmosphere that your participants won't be able to leave.

- Community support Make sure that nobody walks on this journey alone by fostering a culture that encourages and supports.
How do you put this structure for your employees:
- Map out a clear, step-by-step path for member transition.
- Set up meaningful milestones that are celebrated with rewards.
- Maintain a steady community of support with regular check-ins, group activities, and encouraging.
Implementing a transformation journey framework provides a reason to participants to remain. Members continuously move toward an agreed-upon goal, that is rewarded with tangible results.
