Karl Ferguson Jr.
Karl is a believer of the idea that work is a way to help the passion to grow until it is able to support your life. Karl is able accomplish exactly that by balancing working and his love of photography portraits. One glance at his website will leave you amazed by the sheer number of celebrity faces who he's photographed in the entertainment industry. The presence of Karl on the web has allowed him to showcase his work to a variety of customers quickly. "One of my preferred methods is that it allows me to drag the pictures around and then arrange the pictures in a flash," Karl says.
The community has been a major aspect in the growth of Karl's photography. Being able to share thoughts among fellow Black photographers helps him enjoy camaraderie within the field which can feel isolated in times. Karl is looking to pay for it in his personal life to build a similar network for the newer photographers in the industry. "Paying it forward is having the capability to aid others," Karl says. By sharing his experience along with his expertise, Karl hopes to help individuals become the very best they can be.
When asked to advise the younger version of his self, someone who is just starting his photography career, his advice is this: "Don't get so intense that you cease to enjoy creating. Be patient and enjoy your procedure is likely to be one of the best ways to grow as photographer."

The Black Corporate
Social Media Specialist and Ambassador Candace Marie is the founder of Black In Corporate Black In Corporate The group is a voice for Black employees in the workplace. The concept behind Black In Corporate is developed through her personal experience at workplaces where racism was prevalent and it caused a lot of difficulty for Black employees to attain their objectives. "While Black In Corporate was an outcome of my personal experiences," Candace says, "a major reason I chose to establish the organization was that I knew there were many Black individuals in my community who had similar experiences, however, their experiences weren't the same as my personally."
One of the numerous foundations Black In Corporate has to expand upon is the Virtual Mentorship Program that offers Black professionals with the chance to have access to information, resources as well as collaboration. The Black In Corporate website has been a major factor in the promotion of the program's benefits to their intended public. "While the press and social media have been the main drivers of visitors The stunning design along with the ease of navigation will keep users interested and interested," Candace says about the efficiency of their website.
The expression "it takes an entire village" is especially true in the case of Candace and her journey from the start of Black In Corporate. Elton Anderson Jr.
For 14 years, Elton Anderson Jr. was working in photography. He was a photographer photographing famous individuals and the top brands in the world. He decided to change the direction he was heading after seeing that the job he'd loved did not provide the same satisfaction. Following a severe case of malaria while traveling to Brazil, Elton vowed to devote his life entirely to improving himself and the people who were around him.
Today, Elton is doing just similar things to his job that he does each day. In addition to taking on new roles like producers, directors of creative and hosts of a traveling program, Elton is also the founder of the Creators of Color The platform was created to tell the tales of Black creators across a range of fields.
For Elton Changes are an essential part of creativity. Elton's suggestion for youngsters Black creatives looking to switch professions is to trust in their instincts. "If you don't feel like that, it's Yes but it's not a no," Elton says. "This principle has assisted me in making my career transformation more meaningful and real for me."
When you're a creative person like Elton with a variety of projects on his plate marketing through digital media is a vital role in telling the story about his journey. The aim for Elton is to be an "Master Storyteller." His websites along with his social media profiles allow the possibility of doing just this. "I make my site an online platform where visitors are able to visit, take time to relax and become acquainted with me," Elton says. "My social media sites are the an opportunity to live the adventures of my life, at any time."
