The main difference is the fact that, if there's a problem within a business, we're able to go deep into the matter and begin discussing the issue with employees. It's not as straightforward when dealing with business via the web.
The energy of business online is reminiscent of the way people feel inside their vehicles. In a flash, cars on the street don't seem to be people, they're "machines". They can be a source of frustration whenever "that car" stops us or speeds up , or honks its horn towards us. It's hard to keep in mind that there is a person within the vehicle who is actually the same as us.
