Danica is an experienced Customer Success Manager and has consistently demonstrated the embodiment of  our core principles - Make a Difference, Seek to Understand, and Act with Urgency - through her dedication to her work as well as her constant assistance to her coworkers.

Danica's influence on the team is apparent in her numerous achievements. She consistently goes above and beyond to support her colleagues, and is always ready to help and offer her experience. The desire to Understand has fostered solid relationships with colleagues that have created a collaborative and a positive working setting. When faced with challenges, Danica has a drive to Act with Urgency, taking the initiative to find solutions that make sure that her projects. The Vice President of People & Culture, Louise Cherry Barber has sat down (virtually) to speak with Danica about her honors as well as her time working at .

Danica's dedication to her work and dedication to the company's values has made her an invaluable asset to our team. Her positive attitude, willingness to help as well as her problem-solving abilities are a major difference in the lives of her colleagues and in the overall well-being of .

Louise Cherry Barber: Danica, you are Our Springie Award Winner for our 3rd quarter of 2023! So please tell me the significance of you to win this Springie Award here at ?

Danica Larsen:It is really satisfying and be truly warm to know that I incorporate a large portion of me -- my fascinating personality in my daily work. It was also nice to realize that people had seen it, and it was acknowledged and acknowledged with a positive attitude and in addition to the fact that it was not solely because of achieving a set amount, which was the way I was recognized and other workplaces that I've worked at, but because of the person that I am, and all the accomplishments that I've done outside of just one dedicated number. It was really nice to be acknowledged as a person. I found that really heartwarming.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is awesome and definitely earned. One thing that I'm curious about, I'd love for you to discuss some of the highlights, you know, from when you were interviewed, or more specifically working on the project you performed on the benchmarking project was highlighted by a couple people. Tell us more about that?

Danica Larsen:Yes it's true that I've put on a lot of work, like I'm so excited to be recognized. I think I was slightly surprised see the benchmarking initiative is one of the items that has been praised in the sense that we're in the early stages of the process, and there's still a lot of work to be completed. It's great to see that everyone is excited about the initiative. It's going to offer many benefits, I really hope it will bring so lots of value not only for us as a business as well, but also for our buyers, customers and our sellers, too. And we'll help in an ideal world give us some insights into how we can grow long term, the way we've seen it work for us as a way to make it a hit. So seeing that called out in the initial phase of, you know, similar to beta-stages was cool, because that means other people see the value too.

Louise Cherry Barber: We recently updated our company values to: Create a difference, Seek to Understand and act with urgency. I'm curious about your thoughts on the updated values.

Danica Larsen Danica Larsen: The essence of them is doing what's right, and understanding what is the proper thing. So actually investigating, digging deep into it, and then deciding fast and quickly before making a final decision. It's a fact that I stand to this every single day... and taking a look at other employees, members of the Support Team also, I mean, that they share the same principles with our clients and with the buyers every day. They're on the front in the lead, on the front line looking for understanding and executing quickly, because that's an essential part of being able to do those things. As an organization, and nobody can be able to continue working with us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What advice do you have for those across ? Do you think anyone would want to follow these values? What advice do you have on how to make those manifest?

Danica Larsen I can only -- you know, I only speak from my point of view. The most important factor is to pay attention as long as is possible. While working with various accounts, the companies and sellers, everyone who we work with, knowing their requirements, and what's driving the true motive behind the need it drives what we should do and how we should behave. And that's the "seeking understanding" and accomplish it without being attentive. So that would be my pro tip number one simply to be listening to others.
