We are thrilled to announce that Danica Larsen has been named the winner of our Q3 2023 Springie Award! Danica is an experienced Customer Success Manager, and she is consistently demonstrating the very core values - Make a Difference, Seek to Understand and act in a timely manner - with the dedication she gives to her job along with her ongoing assistance to her coworkers.

Danica's contribution to the company is obvious in her many accomplishments. She always goes way beyond the call of duty to assist her team members, always eager to help and share her knowledge. The willingness of Danica to Seek to understand has helped develop strong relationships with colleagues, that have created a collaborative and supportive workplace. In the event of a challenge, Danica has a drive to Act in a hurry by taking initiative to come up with solutions that will ensure that her initiatives are successful. Our Vice President of People & Culture, Louise Cherry Barber has sat in (virtually) to chat with Danica regarding her award and experience in the office .

Danica's devotion to her work and commitment to our values have made Danica an integral member of our team. Danica's positive outlook and willingness to assist with problems and her problem-solving abilities have made a significant difference in life of coworkers as well as the overall performance of .

Louise Cherry Barber: Danica You're Our Springie Award Winner for our third quarter in 2023! Tell me, what does it mean for you to be given with the Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt is incredibly pleasing and really touching to know that I had put a lot of myself and my own unique character in my daily work. It was also nice to realize that people had observed it and were greeted and appreciated positively and more than just because of achieving a set amount that I could have been viewed, or other workplaces I've worked in as well, but for the person I am as well as the accomplishments I've made outside of just one dedicated number. It was really wonderful being recognized as an individual. It was extremely moving.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is a great achievement and certainly well-deserved. And one thing I am fascinated by is for you to talk about certain highlights including the tales you've heard, but in particular, your effort you put into your benchmarking software has been highly acclaimed by certain individuals. Tell us more about that?

Danica Larsen:Yes my team and I have put in so much work and am thrilled to be recognized. I'm sure I was little bit surprised to discover that benchmarking was among the initiatives which was included, I'm guessing that's because we are at the very beginning of the process, but there's still a lot of work to complete. It's great to see that everyone is thrilled about the idea. The project will bring tremendous value. I'm hoping it'll bring so many benefits, not just for us as a business but for our customers and sellers as well. And we'll help in an ideal world give insights into the most effective strategies to increase growth over the long run, which we've observed works for the long term as an idea that is successful. Thus, to see that it was proclaimed in the initial phase of the beta phase was exciting, since it indicates that people around the world are seeing positives too.

Louise Cherry Barber: Recently, we updated our corporate values. They now include: Be Different Learn to be aware and act with urgency. I'm curious about what you think of the new values.

Danica Larsen Danica Larsen doing the right thing in addition to knowing that what you are is right. That means actually looking, looking into that, and acting swiftly and deciding. And I genuinely can stand at this all day long... And when I look around at the individuals on the Support Team as well is a proof that they're living the ideals with our customers and with the buyers every day. They're at the forefront of their field, seeking knowledge and swiftly acting even if they're unable to do their job. In the business world, nobody would ever want to do business alongside us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What advice would you recommend to those on the other side? Would you believe that anyone is likely to adhere to these ideals? Do you have any suggestions about how you can make them manifest?

Danica Larsen The only thing I have is my perspective. It is true that I always talk from my perspective. The most important factor is to stay as focused as you can. When working with various accounts, the corporations selling, the customers, all those we're working with, understanding their needs, and what's driving the true motivation behind it, this determines what we must be doing and the way we should act. This is the "seeking understanding" and you won't be able to do it without paying attention. My tip number one simply to be listening to others.
