Tell us about your community and why they gather.

My community is called Conscious Collective It's for spiritual people who want to realize their power and potential. We recognize that we're all connected, and that we're all together, and we bring the awareness of this into our spiritual lives. We have the opportunity to train as well as challenges for mindfulness, meditation and personal development and a focus in making the practice of spirituality simple, accessible, and fun. Everyone loves the new challenge system, the Live Room and Leaderboard function.

How structured is your community?

Two main circles are inside Conscious Collective for now. The number of circles will grow as we progress. The majority of our activity takes place within "The Forum". The Forum is for discussion about all subjects, challenges discussions and shares, and invites to attend live events. We also have an "Spirit Market" group for members to display, purchase or sell their metaphysical artwork and other accouterments. Group meditations, regular challenges classes, and various other events are all hosted inside The Forum / Live Room (which is SO much better than Zoom, by the way!). We're adding virtual co-working as well as art night and oracle night in the month of April.

I also use the new platform for my advanced membership and for my VIP mentorship program.

A recent community win

People are really embracing the site. The members have been asking for events like art and oracle nights, and a few other events, and are eager to participate and host.

The top tip for others Heroes

The Leaderboard is fantastic! Each month, we give away a prize for the person who wins. The prize this month was a bag of Onyx Coffee, which is one of the most renowned roasters of coffee in the US. This isn't a massive giveaway, but it adds a little fun to the competition and is extremely effective in involvement.

How is your community structured?

Utilizing the most recent portal in lets our mastermind group scale on a whole new scale. This allows us to praise our fellow members up with competitions, to share successes, and build even more connections. The ability to conduct live call and classes is a great tool we use to ensure that we keep our engagement high.

A recent community win

One of the biggest wins to Stylist Soul Tribe this year is we hit 100 members in our mastermind group. We is so thrilled to start the group in January in order to increase its size! Vision casting workshop happening soon where we discuss the mindset as well as visualization, as well as the entire process of being successful.

The top tip for the other Heroes

One tip I would like to offer is to create space for your group to be creative. So many of the big concepts and innovations in the mastermind have been born by the people within. A lot of connections have been formed naturally by giving the space for that to take place. It has provided me with the means to have a structure which is in place and runs smoothly in order to let me appear as authentically as possible for my members.

Describe your community and why they gather.

The Kathy Keats Community is a wonderful group of dog sport enthusiasts who understand that reaching the fullest potential of dog sport (or anything else) doesn't just involve the development of skills. It's about progress. Dogs aren't fools. Dogs are incredible mirrors that make us feel humble, push us, reveal our shortcomings and encourage us to do more effective ... in their honor as well as for us and our loved ones.

How structured is your community?

I'm still in the experimental phase of building the best format for my community. As of now I'm using (or I'll be using) it in three different ways. One is an adjunct to online classes and the third is as a supportive accountability community that is a membership on its own, and a third way is as a space to connect with my listeners and bring them into my ecosystem. I use a combination of live events, my Live Room feature and Challenges to keep my audience interested and engaged in my classes. I also make weekly posts for the members of my community. I am planning to start discussions in the free section in order to know which topics and guests might be interesting with my podcasts.

The top tip for the other Heroes

If you're using the community in conjunction with online courses, consider onboarding the community first before the start date for the course and encourage your students to participate in the community with an initial week live event, challenge, or leaderboard scavenger hunt, because it's the place where the biggest learning curve is when you open your area of instruction. This will help prevent overwhelm and it's easier to link to particular lessons within your course.

Recent community wins

The course that I just completed proved to be a big hit largely because many of my clients aren't techie however they were able to participate in live Q&A sessions because of the intuitive user interface. I've had more face-to-face live engagement in the community than I've ever experienced with other conferencing tools because the technology wasn't getting out of the way.

Tell us about your community and why you are there.

The community I am part of, The Level Up Club is made up of entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers to gather and meet like-minded individuals looking to expand to the next level, improve their skills to make an positive difference in the world.

What are the structures of your community?

Two access groups "The Community" which is available for free to join. The other is "The Golden Circle Mastermind" which is my private mastermind group. There are five circles in my group; one community is one that is for posts of general nature, Bookish is for talk about books, and podcasting for--you guessed it--podcasters. Additionally, I have NLP and Hypnosis are for those who want to talk about that, and one only for my masterminds. These challenges have been a lot of entertaining and my group loves taking part. As of now, the challenge has focused on getting to know each other as well as mindful and healthy living. Meetups are a great opportunity to introduce new people into the community when you share your events via social media.
