In this video interview, animator Eva Munich shares her journey to reorient her artistic track and to discover her distinctive design style as a 3D persona designers. Eva describes her journey to London and her experiences encountered during the Pictoplasma. Pictoplasma conference. Eva is also discussing how she came to the post of director at Greenhouse Animation. She also explains details about the X-Files project that she designed to promote Lemonade Insurance, and explains how she went about to develop the concept of animation, as well as her method of working to work with sound expert Phil Brookes.

Before I moved to London in 2017 I had lived located in a town of Germany located in the realm of After Effects animator. It wasn't a lot of opportunities for me to think creatively. My ability to think creatively decreased and I started to be very angry.
Moving to London and getting acquainted with the amazing animation community in London gave me the most amazing inspiration. I felt like "Damn I'm one of the best students . Now is the time to show my very best."
Following this year's Pictoplasma Event, I made my choice to explore the unorthodox world of character creators. I realized quickly that my characters work best and most effectively when they are in 3D that's why I'm trying to learn how this difficult skill, but it's also very satisfying!
My efforts have been praised by the folks working at Greenhouse Animation, which is representing me as director.

The X-Files project, as well as the secrets of socks that vanish
One of the very initial clients that I worked with my fresh style was one of my very first customers that I designed with the new style. The clip is Covered by Lemonade clip.

Lemonade Insurance approached me to make a piece that could go with their ongoing Instagram collaboration with music artists. As the company is an insurance company for items, the idea of furniture items in the home that are cute, but could also cause concern popped into my head. That's why the X-Files concept was born.
I was caught during winter lockdowns as I watched the"X-files. Thus, the notion of an abduction by aliens in the traditional sense appeared to be logical. But, every character has to be at the same place for them to remain in the same spot so that they can end the animation and make sure there was no abduction. Then I started to imagine it was possible that the washer would explode as well as one pink sock would go towards the UFO.
After I had started to make my UFO and to give it the legs it needed it became apparent that all of it would eventually get trapped inside. The UFO is now free of its shoes , and it has returned to its original shape!
My personal experience has taught me that engaging storytelling is the best way to combine diverse things that may seem to be incompatible at first. Making things impossible to take place, and also make inanimate objects appear of human beings by putting funny pictures over their surfaces is one of the top techniques to enjoy a good time for me!

Details about the process of animation
My method always begins with sketching out the characters, followed by the development of an outline that outlines the narrative. In the next step, I created an animated version of Lemonade to aid in explaining the idea and length of the story. Next, I launch Cinema 4D and model all my characters. It is also when I play with my models and create stylish frames.
When the animation created within Cinema 4D is done, I shift to After Effects to finish the final editing as well as the compositing. For the creation of the pink light beam to illustrate, this is accomplished with After Effects.

This was the first time I had the privilege of working with the sound designer of Philip Brookes and he truly was a star! The contribution he made in elevating the overall quality of the film to an altogether different level. It's the perfect mix! It was an amazing project to complete and I'm looking forward to future projects that are similar to this!

In the moment, I'm working to learn how to create characters, as well as create stunning textures with Cinema 4D and Redshift. I'm trying to incorporate 2D with 3D animation. I'm looking forward to seeing what the outcome of my research with creating characters could lead to soon!

- Select the approach that best meets your requirements. Take the time to study the process! The process of designing demands that you be aware of everything in every software program that is available. It is not feasible.
- You should be happy with yourself and never forget the significance of your individuality. You are the only one with your own uniqueness. Your voice, your style and imagination are distinctive.
- Take a moment to think about your thinking. Whatever is going on inside your head, take the thoughts as your own!
