What happens if students study in the wrong manner? This is how the professor of university creativity Juan Munoz is making more impressions as a creator through the process of becoming an improved learner.
On the first day of class Professor of creativity and innovation Juan Munoz advised his students to finish their assignments however they chose.

The sequence was continuing, but Juan was uncertain whether there was a problem that was more important.
"Students must follow a certain approach to thinking around ten or fifteen years in the schools. They are taught that no matter if you're good or not, and that they'll receive low grades when you break from whatever rules the teacher teaches them. It's a fear that is inherent in deviation from the established path."
Juan found out that his own internal program was having an adverse effect on his creative thinking. He decided to make changes.
Juan loved teaching, but was unhappy with the policies that the school enforced. While at home and going through TechCrunch as well as other business publications, Juan was offered the idea of starting a business.
There was no vibrant economic climate in the Juan's home country of Costa Rica, so Juan was determined to help bring things to life.
"I hold a civil engineering degree, and I knew that people would be asking me, "What do I know about business?' My initial move was to wrote down all my thoughts in an online journal and then disseminated my concepts. The journey of my creator started by posting my thoughts on the internet and also writing my thoughts about the things I'm able to do."
At present, Juan teaches creativity, making goals, entrepreneurship, and business via his platform for online learning called Epico Academia . "People take a course however, only a small percentage are able to complete the program. It feels like being in school. When there's nobody compel me to take part and I'm not interested in the subject, my mind is absorbed by the atmosphere that is school. There's a school teacher, there is a course, there's a class available."
Then Juan experimented with different methods to get his message to the right target audience.
"What do I do if I take the online program which allows you to receive great daily email throughout the entire year ? It could be possible to create TikTok-style videos. Could I make an instructional course using a large number of video clips that have thirty seconds of duration? Maybe. Check it out to test it to see if it does the trick."

At the time he began his online company, Juan noticed a trend.
"Every Sunday night at 7 p.m., and also on Mondays, people will post memes of how they dread Mondays." Juan claims. "I was thinking, there's a day, that's a Monday. You can't escape it. The question is why you're still trapped by this?"
"I realized that these are people who call me to say"I'm not content with my lifestyle and dissatisfied with my job and would like to improve The trend was evident. I'm a big enthusiast of marketing and branding I thought that this might be a great idea for an advertising campaign because it's easy to be bored on the day of a Monday. A particular group was created specifically for this reason which is a huge group. What are you able to create to ensure it is different?"
Juan started a newsletter every month on how he was enjoying Mondays. He would provide a tip, idea or idea that would aid his readers to get most enjoyment out of their working days.
"It was a popular topic because people were dissatisfied with the way they lived their lives. Then I was discussing ways to make their lives better. They started to wonder, 'Why I feel that I have a bad mood about Monday? What is the thing about Mondays that make me feel unhappy?"
Today, this experiment-turned-newsletter continues to grow through word-of-mouth referrals, and Juan still loves writing it every week.
To become better at writing, make sure you've got all you can about subjects you're keen on.
The ideas don't always come together quite as quickly like a newsletter for Mondays. newsletter for Monday. Juan recognized the most efficient method of defining the ideas in terms of content or product was to first be in college and after that being a student.
"I'm always amazed by how fortunate we are to be a part of a society in which we have the chance to learn by everyone, and where any person can gain from the lessons we teach. It's amazing. If I'm looking for marbles I'll be able to locate someone who is so much interested in marbles. They can also help me learn new things. It could be located in Singapore or in Singapore. "Telic targets" are ones that provide a fixed result that can be measured. These are good goals to establish in order to reach these. It is my opinion that people need to create targets that have both types of goals to stay at the top of their game." Juan is one this group.
"If you're doing your part in helping other people and helping others, it's valuable, regardless if you're assisting just one person or one million."
Furthermore, it's beneficial because your contribution is part of the global community.
"If you post tweets as well as you share an Instagram message or video but no one is able to read the content, it remains. Someone will discover it. In addition, having people appreciate your blog or help people by sharing your blog posts are two different elements. I'm a big fan of many things that do not require double-taps. Simply because no one has done double tap on your tweet similar to it should not be a reason to dismiss the idea as unhelpful."

"Creating is an emotional experience. It's an emotion, you're vulnerable, and it's real," Juan relates. "It's a representation of you and the way you see yourself, and putting it in the public domain but not having anyone engage in the same is an act of treason."
"But even if nobody purchases the book, it's still worth your time. It was a great learning experience. You can use it in consultation, or in the future job or any time. Nobody can remove your connection. It's the soul's bond."
In order to stay in touch with all the essential things that matter in your daily life Juan discusses how vital it is to remember where you come from, and how crucial it is to recognize the accomplishments you've made up to now.
"I recommend that artists keep journals, and reflect on what you're currently doing by looking back at your work five, ten or ten decades ago. Imagine what you'd think about your work in the present. If you had the opportunity to do it back in the past, you'd most likely think that it could be excellent."
And, Juan reminds creators that the main thing to remember is to get your work out in all the people around the world. It isn't about trying to create the most number of followers, sales or buyers.
"I find it a bit arrogant to believe that the public will not have interest in your products or services. That's an assumption for another. Let them make the decision. If they're interested in it and want to buy it, they'll do so. If they're not, and they don't want it, they won't. It's as simple as providing the data to them. You will be amazed at the world, learn every thing you can and decide on a course of action that will allow people to make your own decision."
"Create your own ideas and then place it on the market for sale" Juan advises. "You don't know what is going to happen next."
