Louise Cherry Barber: Jon, congratulations for winning the Springie award. This is much overdue. Therefore, we hope that you were slightly surprised when we announced it.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. It's amazing what we are as a group -that is our PSI team. It's one of the most amazing group of individuals I've been a part of, and hearing what they were saying about what I do was extremely touching. However these exact words could be reversed and pointed right back to each of them. Everyone has each other's backs. Whatever any one individual of us does is something we take responsibility to do as a group whether it's good or not. So if something goes wrong, we're all there to come together to fix the issue. So I couldn't have done without them. They mean a lot to me, and, you know, greater than the award absolutely. However, the prize definitely felt great to get.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing. And it was really special as an observer to hear everyone on your team being able to gather sharing stories of the impact that you've had. It's great hearing what the importance of your team members can be for your overall experience here. As you contemplate this award, the Springie Award, and living in the spirit of Making a Difference Looking to Learn and acting with urgency, what advice do you offer to people who- you know, you've spent almost nine years. How do you -- in your daily life, live by those principles? How do you apply them in your life?

Jon Tewes:You know, I've been involved with a lot of different organizations with various values. The values we've got at the moment in a way mirror my basic values. Therefore, not living these values seems strange to me. This isn't a conscious decision which I want to do. Just the way I approach life. Being a positive influence, knowing the importance of what you're doing are our fundamental principles that just guide my work every day. We're working directly with sellers that are getting on board. It's about empathizing with them and working with them to really comprehend what they are facing to find a quick solution, and then give them the best experience for selling is just my way of living my day-to-day life. I'm glad that we have a business that is like the way I already do it and I don't need to think about it.

Louise Cherry Barber: It makes it easy to not have to think about it, when it's a part of your identity. Reflecting on your time in this space, what were some of the most rewarding things about being here ?

Jon Tewes:Well it's true that I've been with you for a long time. However, at the core of it, I'm jazzed to do my work I mean, so how come? You know, I mentioned the people before that I collaborate with. I think it's better in class. And the platform that we have, in this market of merchants of record is a leader, and I have the privilege of working with those amazing people to really mold our future . This is why I'm here.
