When we talk to clients on our help desk there are often questions for example "How do I get a group of people into a new subscription? " or "Where is an overview of all the seats that are in use across all subscriptions within one subscription? " We're responding to these questions (and others!) with these helpful updates.

If you're an existing member and would like to upgrade or get access to subscriptions for the whole group We've made it easy to move from a single plan to a group one, or from one group plan to one that doesn't require any effort from your side! Learn more -

Change plans

It's easy to change manager groups easily.

There are many reasons why people leave their job or switch their jobs, which is why we've made it much easier to change group managers from your team as well as those members that you already have. Find out more

Promote manager

The leaders of the group can handle the subscription, without having to use a seat

It's very easy to block members of groups who are not seated (and benefits to the members) with a new subscription-level setting. Additional information is on how to achieve this

Lower frictions associated with paid external subscriptions.
