Customers can talk to us at our assistance desk . There are many questions that they ask, like "How do I transfer the group's membership to an alternative plan? " or "Where do I get the list of seats that are in use across all members of the group plan? " We're addressing these questions (and others!) with these helpful updates.

Do you have to change your plans? There's nothing to be concerned about!

If you're a member who wants to upgrade their plans or have subscription access for the whole team, we've made it simple to transfer from a single plan to a collective plan, or shifting from one plan to another without having to worry about it on your own! Get more information
